Rapid Model Prototyping
A model produced directly from CAD data. The data is read by a machine where it lays down layer upon layer of liquid and powder to produce an accurate 3 dimensional representation of the original model produced in the computer. This is very useful for either one-off model or with some extra processing a trial production product.
