K20A CIVIC TypeR, INTEGRA TypeR, ACCORD EuroR
＜Ultra Lightweight Crankshaft＞
The stroke of the K20A has been reduced and the bore increased, still giving a capacity of 1997cc or 2020cc. Along with light weight connecting rods and crankshaft, this kit has been designed to give the engine a quicker response as well as giving the bottom end the ability to rev even harder.
*Ultra lightweight crankshaft have all 8 counterweights reduced. It gives much quicker response, but the risk of main bearing wear can also increase. (To reduce the main bearing risk, 4 counterweight modification is also available.)
*This product will need a detailed setting of ignition timing and fuel injection due to high compression ratio.
