A pillow-ball (manufactured by NMB) bush can replace the bottom rubber bush. This improves the damper performance through a reduction in compliance.

Minimum Windings
We use as few windings as possible, this helps to give the spring a greater consistence over its working range so helping to improve the overall springing and damping of the Fightex suspended car. But this is not at the expense of durability, either. There are very strict conditions set in both precision and safety, as well as a thought towards cost. But the main priority is given to precision and safety. We have there for worked in conjunction with the top spring manufacture in Japan to give you the FIGHTEX spring.

Shot Peening
To increase residual stress found in a spring a shot peening process is given to the spring surface layer, improving durability.

Powder Coating
Excellent powder coating gives the spring an anti-weather coat.

Settling Program
Once a spring has been manufactured it requires a settling in period, all our springs come with having had a settling program. This enables the car ride height to be set up with confidence from day one.

High Precision Plane Grinding
An important point of a straight winded spring. For the whole base of the spring to be positioned correctly, the base of the spring is manufactured in such away that the spring may transfer the loads uniformly about the spring base.
