Cylinder Head (Valve Guide)

The valve guide has two roles to play one to give the valve stability in its operation under all conditions i.e. high loads and high temperatures; it is also required to remove heat from the valve to the cylinder head.
For high performance use where loads and temperatures are increased the STD valve guide made from sintered alloy is not capable of performing its two main roles effectively.
TODA Racing's valve guides have increased strength and improved thermal conductivity along with good durability, improving the effectiveness of the valve guides under high performance conditions.
